The Churrasco

Our Churrasco features 12 cuts of meat flame grilled over vegetable charcoal in traditional Brazilian style and carved from the skewer at your poolside table. The buffet offers a wide range of delicacies to accompany your meal, including vegetables freshly-picked from our organic garden, just a stone’s throw from the kitchen.

Lovers of char-grilled steaks can choose from the cuts on our à la carte menu: rib eye of Chianina beef or Scottish Angus and Irish Tomahawk steak. Complete your meal with hot and cold dishes from the buffet.
