At the helm of the kitchen is Chef Bruno Ariel Malacasa, whose career began in 1998 and was shaped by mentors such as Palbo Massey, Martiniano Molina, and Donato De Santis. His cuisine is sincere and contemporary, featuring grilled premium meats, refined ingredients, and bold combinations, always honoring the raw material.
